BEAUTIFUL TO READ - REALLY EXCITED TO START THE PROGRAMME

Firstly, Live Well is an absolutely beautiful book inside and out, the dedication to the aesthetic and content shines through when you’re reading it making it all the more enjoyable to read.
I’ve been reading the book over the last few weeks (my bedside table read), slowly implementing some of Vera’s tips and of course, experimenting with the recipes (lots of fun in the kitchen). For example, turning my phone onto aeroplane mode at 9pm every night was weird at first (almost painful) but after the first week or so became the norm.
Live Well covers lots of concepts that I believe can allow you to implement real long-term sustainable change into your life in a way that is doable and not drastic. It’s divided into digestible sections which are easy to follow - I’ve found that journaling alongside each chapter has helped me think about the changes I want to see happen and how I’m going to apply those changes when I begin the programme. I’m actually really looking forward to getting started and don’t see it as some kind of commitment like a diet or gym membership. These are changes I want in my life and that excites me.
I think if you’re willing to put some work in to see the changes you want in your life then this book is for you.
