Morning Greens Drink (ve)

Learn how I make my morning drink that is full of goodness.
It’s more substantial than a juice but less thick than a smoothie making it the perfect drink to start the day with especially if you’re trying to increase your leafy greens intake.

    • 250ml coconut water

    • 1/4 cup lemon juice

    • 1 cup of frozen mango (or other fruit you like – I tried apples and pears and it works great with either)

    • 2 handfulls of spinach

    • 1 stick of celery, sliced

    • 2tsp hemp seed powder

    • 1/2tsp spirulina

    1. Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until everything has been broken down to a liquid consistency. Enjoy!
